Hotell Bondeheimen AS (org. no. 934 898 842), Kristian IVs gate 2, 0164 Oslo, provides accommodation and meeting rooms. These terms apply to bookings and stays made via bondeheimen.no, at reception, and by telephone. Table reservations at Kaffistova are made via a separate system and are subject to their own terms.
The price and terms for each rate are provided during the booking process and in the confirmation email you receive. The booking is binding once you have received the confirmation.
Payment terms depend on the rate you have selected and are stated in your booking confirmation.
Cancellation and amendment policies depend on the booking and vary by rate. You will find these in your booking confirmation. Please read it carefully. The Right of Cancellation Act does not apply to accommodation for specific dates (cf. Section 22 of the Right of Cancellation Act).
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged with reception, subject to availability.
Non-smoking: Smoking or the use of e-cigarettes is not permitted inside the hotel or in the rooms. Violations will incur a fee of NOK 2,500 for additional cleaning and ventilation.
Quiet hours: Please be considerate of other guests. We request quiet between 23:00 and 07:00.
Guests and visitors: Rooms are for those registered in the booking. The maximum number of people is determined by the room type. Visitors are welcome until 22:00. Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not permitted without prior agreement with reception.
Pets: Dogs are welcome. Please see the rules at bondeheimen.no/kjaeledyr.
Fire safety: Do not use naked flames. Do not cover or disconnect smoke detectors. Do not block doors or emergency exits. Follow the fire safety instructions provided in your room.
Batteries and charging: Rechargeable batteries for bicycles, e-scooters, and similar items must not be charged or stored in the rooms. Please ask reception where you can park your bicycle or scooter.
Damage: You are responsible for any damage caused to the room and its furnishings by you or your guests. Please report any damage to reception.
Valuables and keys: All rooms have a safe where you can store valuables. The hotel is not responsible for valuables not kept in the safe. If you lose your key card or the device with the room key, you must notify reception immediately.
Use of the room: Rooms must not be used for parties, events, or commercial activities without prior agreement.
Serious breaches: In the event of serious or repeated breaches of the house rules, the hotel may evict the guest without a refund.
You can add your room key to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on a compatible device. The key will be activated for your stay after online check-in and is only valid for that period. You can always choose a physical key card at reception, and you can use both simultaneously. If you lose your device, you must contact reception immediately on +4723214100 so that the key can be deactivated. You can also use Find My (Apple) or Find My Device (Google) to lock or remotely wipe your device. Wallet services are provided by Apple and Google, and Hotell Bondeheimen is not responsible for their services. Apple Wallet is a trademark of Apple Inc. Google Wallet is a trademark of Google LLC.
